The stainless steel manifold for central heating plant has construction specifications that make it unique.
Unlike most heating plant manifolds currently offered to the ITS sector, Itap does not use painted and galvanised steel, preferring STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304.
The main advantage of stainless steel is its resistance to corrosion:
this material maintains optimal quality and cleanliness of the heat transfer fluid inside the system, preventing the proliferation and accumulation of deposits that could damage its components.
THE HYDRAULIC SEPARATOR
The stainless steel manifold for central heating plant is equipped with an adjustable micrometric valve, whose function can be equated to that of a hydraulic separator.
This valve guarantees the possibility of making the various circuits of a system independent, and therefore of separating them.
This function is necessary to avoid possible interferences within the various circuits, such as those that could arise due to the presence of circulators in series.
SMALL FOOTPRINT
Itap central heating distribution units have one distinguishing feature: their reduced dimensions.
Between flow and return, the unit centre distance is only 90 mm.
This size makes it possible to offer a compact, discreet solution that can be installed not only in technical rooms, but also in more confined or exposed spaces, such as those reserved inside a flat.
HIGH PERFORMANCE FLOW RATE
Itap central heating distribution units with size DN20 guarantee a Kv of 7.5 m3/h in the version with mixing valve installed.
Such a flow rate level is comparable to that guaranteed by larger booster sets with a DN25 size.
All this makes it possible to access premium performance with a DN20 booster unit, otherwise guaranteed by products in a higher price bracket.
