THE PROCESS OF AN ORDER IN ITAP

One of the issues discussed last year was what customers love about Itap and what leads them to always remain by our side.

So, linking back to customer satisfaction, we want to tell you a little about how we process orders, from their reception to their shipment.

The strong point of this operation is the control done by our Back Offices that check everything is correct: codes, quantities and commercial conditions (always established during the customer acquisition phase).

Who are the orders and related checks entrusted to?
To Emanuela Mandora and Luisella Bossini for Italy,
To Claudia Patti, Elisa Patti, Elena Preti and Annapaola Caragiuli any other countries.

A great team checking everything is correct and ready to be sent to the warehouse. You know, at Itap we love well done things and we focus a lot on the quality of the work, so as not to make mistakes and make the customer always super satisfied.
