WHY INSTALL THE POLYPHOSPHATE DOSING UNIT

8 GOOD REASONS.

WHAT IS THE POLYPHOSPHATE DOSING UNIT AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

The polyphosphate dosing unit is an exclusive dosing system used as a LIMESCALE INHIBITOR AND ANTI-CORROSION TREATMENT in home water supply systems. It operates by releasing sodium and potassium phosphates into the water. These two chemically reactive elements, combined with the calcium ions present in the water, create a molecule that is incapable of adhering to the piping. The resulting effect is a sort of PROTECTIVE FILM THAT COUNTERS LIMESCALE AGGRESSION and removes the calcium ions which can damage the components.

1 – LONGER LIFE OF THE SYSTEM AND OF THE HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES ON WHICH IT IS INSTALLED.

It does not corrode the walls and, in actual fact, protects them with a barrier-like action created by the polyphosphates released into the system.

2 – ENERGY SAVING.

A boiler free of limescale favours the heat exchange without energy wastages.

3 – CLEAN PIPES.

When limescale is eliminated, the water will flow more abundantly and the water system will not run the risk of clogging up.

4 – SANITARY FITTINGS FREE OF ENCRUSTATIONS.

Taps and sanitary ware will remain constantly clean and free of encrustations.

5 – LESS USE OF DETERGENTS.

The presence of carbonates reduces the detergent power of soaps. With a polyphosphate dosing unit, the same results can be achieved with less detergent.

6 – IMPROVED BOILER PERFORMANCE.

Eliminating limescale deposits and preventing their build-up improves boiler performance. Boilers will work more easily and rapidly without limescale deposits.

7 – SAVINGS ON ENERGY BILLS.

8 – LOWER IMPACT ON ATMOSPHERIC POLLUTION.
