Europa valves and York valves are very similar, but what is their difference?

The main difference between EUROPA and YORK consists in the material with which their plate is made:
for the EUROPA model it is in stainless steel,
for the YORK model it is made of polymer.

This translates into a different resistance of the valve to operating pressures: the EUROPA model is able to tolerate operating pressures much higher than the YORK model.
